Pastor (Dr) Inalegwu J Adoga is Co-Founder of Prevailers Intercessory Faith Ministry. A fervent minister of the gospel with a strong exegetical teaching grace often with manifestations of revelational and vocal gifts of the Spirit. He operates under a very strong unction of the Spirit of Knowledge and Understanding, which has distinguished him, not only in the ministry but also in his marketplace engagement and calling. His passion for knowledge is so strong that many consider him a “bank” of scriptural and scientific knowledge with depths of insights on a broad spectrum of subjects.

His birth into this world occurred on a Wednesday at 3:45am by the hands of Nurse G.B. Ajiboye, who midwifed his delivery in Ahmadu Bello University Teaching Hospital, Zaria, Kaduna state weighing 7 pounds 8 ounces.
Due to his academic brialliance, he completed his primary education at Marmara LEA School in 1983, a year ahead of his peers. He commenced his secondary education at Government Day Secondary School, Dogon Bauchi, and later moved to Wesley High School of the Methodist Archdiocese in Otukpo after his father retired from service.

With strong inspiration and encouragement to study medicine and surgery from his elder sister, Jane, who is presently a professor of paediatrics, he applied for it but was given his second choice of Microbiology in the prestigious University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN) at the tender age of 15 and consequently finished with honours as one of the youngest graduates.

While in his final year in 1993, he dedicated his life to Christ around 11am on Wednesday 18th August in the presence of three witnesses, Brothers Dozie, Ketandu, and Pastor Benjamin Kpongo at the campus residence of Pastor David Ogbueli. He got water baptized on Saturday the 4th of December that year and was filled with the Holy Spirit at Princess Alexandria Auditorium of the university. This happened around 4 am. on Monday, the 6th of December, during the night session of the New Covenant Family Camp Meeting tagged “Beyond the Limit.”

After a brief but very inspiring and impactful stay in Enugu with Pastor Ogbueli, in whose New Haven, Nzimiro Street apartment he lived, he left for Otukpo after his unsuccessful attempt to enter the college of medicine at University of Nigeria, Enugu Campus.
While in Otukpo, he served fervently as a leader in the Norcross Memorial Methodist Cathedral Youth Fellowship.
During this time, he successfully went through confirmation into full membership of the Methodist Church Nigeria in Norcross Cathedral Circuit of the diocese on April 28, 1996. He went through discipleship by Brother Gbile Akanni and his Peace House Team under the TRI (Towards Revival in Idoma) revival program.

Between 1994 and 1998, he worked with uncommon passion as a lecturer and science teacher while waiting for bigger opportunities to make a difference.
With a strong marketplace apostolic calling, he proceeded into pursuing a professional career in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry.
He began this corporate engagement on November 25th, 1998, with NBC, a Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company in Kaduna. He worked briefly with the Nigerian Institute for Trypanosomiasis Research (NITR) also in Kaduna before returning back to the FMCG industry.
He is currently the general manager in a multinational beverage company. The operating unit he heads as the chief executive has been adjudged one of the best-performing companies in his sector to the glory of God.

He is a product of several leadership institutes and schools of ministry, including Word of Bible Institute (WOFBI), Dominion Leadership Institute (DLI), Global Leadership Institute (GLI), Institute for National Transformation, Haggai International, Living Spring International and others.

His post graduate awards, from diploma to doctorate, span major institutions across the globe including, but not limited to Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University –Bauchi, Institute of Brewing and Distilling –UK, Metropolitan School of Business and Management – UK, Hult International Business School – UK, Prowess University – US to mention a few.

He is the Founder and Executive Chair of Lead Empowerment and Advancement (LEAD) Foundation due to his passion to empower the youths to become L.E.A.D.E.R.S. (Leaders, Entrepreneurs, and Advocates for Development, that is Essential, Revolutionary, and Sustainable).

He is joyfully married to Pastor Ronke Adoga, and together, they have birthed four God-loving biological children – two sons and two daughters – with numerous professional and spiritual sons and daughters across the nation.
