We are looking for a diligent Proofreader to join our team at Digacore. As a Proofreader, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of various written materials before they are published. Your attention to detail and excellent grammar skills will be crucial in this role.

Job Responsibilities:

• Review and proofread documents for spelling, grammar, punctuation, and formatting errors.
• Collaborate with writers, editors, and other team members to ensure consistency in writing style and tone.
• Verify facts and correct any inaccuracies in the content.
• Ensure all published materials meet the company's standards and guidelines.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry-specific terminology and jargon.

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Proofreader or similar role.
• Excellent command of the English language, including grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors effectively.
• Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.

Desired Experience:

• 1-2 years of experience in proofreading or editing.
• Experience working in the IT or technology industry is a plus.
• Familiarity with style guides such as APA, MLA, or Chicago Manual of Style.
