Requirements:

1. Native English Speakers;
2. Education: Master Degree of Special Education or Psychology or above, BCBA certificates 5-10 years of practical teaching & education with special kids with the background of working in Vista/ Kids ability;
3. 3-5 years of education management experience; ASAP or Negotiable//International School//Academic Executive Director wanted in Shanghai (35-45k Rmb/ month, 3 months' paid holidays)

Starting Date: ASAP or negotiable; Location: Shanghai, China; Job Description:

1. Teams Size: 30 around special education teachers under the director’s guidance;
2. Working time: 7:50am-4:50pm Monday-Friday;

1. Academic Strategy & Standards Formulation and Curriculum R&D Innovation;
2. Teaching Quality Supervision and Management;
3. Teaching Team Management and Training;
4. Client Family Relationship Maintenance and Home-School Communication;
5. Marketing Promotion and Community Outreach Support;
6. Research and Industry Influence;

2. Cross-cultural management: lead the international team of 30 people (15 Chinese local teachers 15 foreign teachers), and Autie dealing Children chores;
3. Clients comforting and course renewal: resolving high-value customers’ complaints, to reach the course renewal 90%+, students admission and business development;
